Description

In the present times UAV’s are being used for diverse applications from surveillance to distribution of seeds in agriculture. One of the most versatile platform in use is the quadcopter. This project explores different design methodologies for design and control of quadcopters with special focus on dynamic modelling, rotor design, control and manufacturing. Moreover, with respect to long endurance flight, different battery power management schemes are tested. Furthermore, for fabrication of rotors and main frame different carbon composites are tested.
